Shipping Policy
A signature is required on every express option, and PO BOXES cannot be accepted as a delivery address.
On international orders, Keepthatpump does not cover any import duties, taxes or tariffs charged by your country. Those amounts are set by your local customs office and become payable when the parcel arrives. We suggest reviewing your country’s customs rules for further details on possible fees.
Keepthatpump cannot be held responsible for parcels stolen or mislaid once delivery has been completed. If your address is not a secure spot for postal deliveries, we recommend using a parcel locker.
Should your parcel go missing in transit, open a case with the carrier and send us the case number at contact@keepthatpumpgymwear.com.
